BODY X Return & Refund Policy

At BODY X, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your waist trainer, we're happy to accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your BODY X Waist Trainer must meet the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn beyond a brief fitting, and in its original condition.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• A brief, clean try-on is permitted to check sizing and fit.

• The item must be free of sweat, odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, damage, or other signs of use.

• Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, waist trainers worn during workouts, daily activities, or for extended periods are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bodyxwaist.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages sent without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, as appropriate. This notification period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements may be declined, subject to applicable law.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements outlined above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless otherwise required by law.
